I had booked my Order No 222P1BT on 16th October 2011 for installation of PTCL land line and DSL and WIFI modem. My call can be retrieved for confirmation which was recorded at your office for better services provision commitment.
* PTCL representative Mr.Raza Cell No 03335195415 visited and made the telephone line operational from DB.
* All the wiring I had done myself and I had connected my phone myself and no help was rendered in this operation to me. It is to be NOTED.My land line number installed is 051-00000000
* On 26-10-2011 PTCL representative reached my home with normal modem instead of WIFI, which I refused to get installed. I was advised by him to get my order canceled and place fresh order which I did same day, may call made for this can be retrieved again.
* Till today I am calling your help line daily and making my request noted but UNFORTUNATELY no one is hearing me and every one is advising me to get the normal modem installed and than forward another request for WIFI modem. But why? Why I am not being provided with my requirement and why I am being asked to get the normal modem installed which is not my need.
* Why my repeated requests made since 26-10-2011 followed by requests made on 28-10-2011, 1-11-2011, 2-11-2011 are not being considered?
I am really feeling so sorry to convey the poor performance which reflects the image of PTCL negative where as it should be very positive.I never expected such situation prevailing over almost 17 days.

Sub:- NON-DELIVERY OF TELEPHONE BILL/ DISCONNECTION THREATS.
PTCL landline No. 051-4451677 was installed at my residence this year. Owing to non-delivery of telephone bill at my residential address several times I got my complaint noted down to No. 1236 and many times at PTCL Official web site but my all such efforts gone in vain. After elapse of two to three months I personally visited PTCL Revenue Office at satellite Town, Rwp and got the duplicate bill almost of Rs.3.500/- and deposited on the same day and once again complaint to the dealing person about the Non-delivery of telephone bill in time and causing un-necessary burden by accumulating the heavy amount. He ensured me about the proper delivery of bill in the very next month at residence. After that no bill was delivered to me, but a SMS from No. 995 regularly receives on my mobile No. 0332-8501363 in the mid of month about bill intimation. Too many times I recorded complains about the matter. From PTCL couple of months ago calls received at my No. and they as usual ensured me about bill delivery but unfortunately the same is still awaited.
It is regretted to intimate you that no bill was provided me to deposit but in the last month out going calls from my No. were stopped and a week ago a SMS regarding disconnection of PTCL No. was received which is highly objectionable.
NOW I ask you, how can I deposit telephone bill when it does not receive to me properly, should it be deposited into space? Should I every month visit PTCL revenue office for the collection of bill? Do all PTCL customers get their bills from Rev. Office every month? When other utility bills like Electricity & Gas etc. are delivered at home address regularly then why not PTCL bill at home.
In view of above, it is requested that kindly look into the matter and my telephone services may be fully restored at the earliest and the accumulated bill may be divided in 3 to 4 easy installments and the bill delivery on monthly basis at home address may please also be ensured and obliged.

Its is once again submitted that my PTCL number is continuously dead since last 8 months, reason I don’t know I have trying to complaint the same at my nearby residence i.e Keamari PTCL Exchange. but as usual no result.
