Because cell phones up to 2G are easiest most to tap/eavesdropping. Hence Pak governments playing in their bosses hands are not opting for the more secure networks such as 3G. GOD DAMN the leadership in Pakistan who is not getting tired of selling their own country men. The only such country on this planet. Khuda ki lanat ho. Has it occurred to any one in Pak that why cellphones have been made so popular in this country with the crappiest economy? Because cell phones up to 2G are easiest most to tap/eavesdropping.
