u r giving poor service of broad band speed its been two weeks,before this you did same for a month last year…now you resolve this problm or will we change our connection becoz i dont want to complain again and again for your poor service and staff as well.

ptcl really needs too change… em callng since last 2 weaks at ptcl help line …. they always give me an complan number but no action is taken yet .. my internet and ptcl is dead i want u too take action aganst my complain
