Price:- 3 Rs

For Warid:- Sms Name to 129. And you will recieve your sim owners details in a few moments.
Price:- 1.27 Rs

For Telenor:- Go to http://wss.telenor.com.pk and register your number online after creating account for yourself log in to your account and you will see your account owner’s Name and CNIC number. (wsc-wss.telenor.com.pk/)
Price:- Free

For Zong:- Go to 203.82.55.30/ebill/cdrs.aspx or http://ecare.zong.com.pk:8080/aiecare/index.jsp

2nd Method:

IMEI is the unique number identification of a cell / mobile phone. All mobile phones have a unique number – therefore you would not find two with the same number.

To check your IMEI number, key in “*#06#” (star hash zero six hash) on your Nokia mobile phone’s keypad just as you would when you dial a phone number to make a call.

Format of IMEI is just like show below:
AA-BBBBBB-CCCCCC-D
AA-BBBBBB = Type Allocation Code (TAC)
CCCCCC = Serial sequence
D = Luhn check digit. (or zero if no checks)

From AA: you can know the Reporting Board – example 35 is BABT (British Approval Board for Telecommunications).
