Sex scandals involving politicians often become political scandals, particularly when there is an attempt at a cover-up, or suspicions of illegality.

Sex scandals are often associated with movie stars, politicians, famous athletes or others in the public figures, and become scandals largely because of the popularity of the person involved, perceptions of insincerity on their part, or the non-standard nature of their sexuality but things go wrong when it innocent people are hit by closer people in positions of trust

The new freedom revolution focused on sexual freedom and experimentation. The Internet “super highway” gave easy access to sexual content in a way society had never experienced before which caused adverse effects.

Chat rooms and instant messaging services became the new form of meeting online and communicating with other unknown people. Mega “super stars” were sometimes unaware born from taped sexual adventure in “private” date. Pamela Anderson, Tommy Lee, and Paris Hilton are the most notable examples.

Fiber optic cable damaged again in Egypt, affects Internet

Internet services have been badly affected as the under-sea fiber optic was damaged due to fault. According to the PTCL sources, fault has occurred in See Me We optic fiber cable three and four. Sources said that the fiber optic cable in Alexandria, Egypt has been damaged.

 

My internet service are also disturbed hardly posting this post, I think we should be use to these damages as its 3rd time and no special action taken from government (PTA).

Pakistan Gets ‘World’s Largest’ WiMAX Network

Wateen WiMAX Motorola Deploys WiMAX for Wateen Telecom-Pakistan in Major Cities in Nine Months
3GSM World Congress 2007 – 13 February 2007– Motorola, Inc. (NYSE:MOT) today announced that it has deployed Wateen Telecom’s WiMAX network in 17 major cities across Pakistan, including Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore. The two companies have also carried out end-to-end voice and data calls over the network.

Wateen Telecom, part of Warid Telecom International, is using Motorola’s WiMAX technology to provide wireless fixed broadband data services for residential and corporate use. The WiMAX network is a crucial part of Wateen Telecom’s vision to create a world class communications network in Pakistan as it provides a cost effective and fast-to-deploy broadband solution.

Just nine months after the contract was awarded, Motorola has designed, supplied and deployed its WiMAX infrastructure, utilising IMS core technology in preparation for Wateen to offer voice, data, Internet and multimedia services to its subscribers.

“We set ourselves very ambitious targets and timelines,” says Tariq Malik, chief executive officer, Wateen Telecom. “Having Motorola design, supply and deploy our WiMAX network has given us a world class network in minimal time. At the same time, we have been able to focus on building other parts of our business. Similarly Motorola is taking control of the network on our behalf under a managed services contract.”
